Several things at once? Send them all. Small fixes in one visit cost less each than the same fixes across several visits.
If a photo would help us name the part, we ask for one when we call you back.
What happens next.
The number comes back in writing, with the name of the part it covers. If we need a measurement or a second angle, we ask before we quote.
You pick the day. If the part has to be ordered, you hear that now, and the visit is booked for when it lands.
Pricing costs nothing. If we have to see it in person before we can put a number on it, that look is free too, and you hear about it before anything is booked.

Then we tell you so and name the trade it belongs to. Finding that out costs you nothing.
